Axon Studios was standing up a streaming service and needed to understand performance across its Zype video platform and AWS event data — fast. The data lived in separate systems with no shared reporting layer, and leadership needed executive-ready dashboards in a matter of weeks, not months.

Robust ingestion
We piped Zype streaming data and AWS event data into BigQuery using Cloud Functions, capturing subscriptions, stream hours, consumers and video performance.
Modeling & metrics
We modeled the raw feeds in dbt into the metrics that matter for a streaming business — subscribers, watch time and engagement — defined once and trusted everywhere.
Executive dashboards
We built Data Studio dashboards that tell the story leadership cares about, not just the raw numbers.
