Within just 3 weeks, you’ll have a detailed roadmap telling you how to use data to grow your business

1. A detailed roadmap

We’ll start by asking you what questions you need answered in order to move your business forward.

The detailed roadmap will outline how to build a data pipeline that answers those specific questions. Answers that will help you make faster decisions and grow your business.

In the roadmap, you’ll find out what’s possible (and not possible), how long the project will take, and how much it will cost.

We break everything down into three-week sprints and the roadmap walks you through what each sprint will entail. Each sprint aims to deliver value on its own – so you don’t have to implement the entire roadmap to get value out of it.

2. Three-week sprints

If you want to move forward, we’ll implement the roadmap with sprints that each take about 3 weeks to complete.

The number of sprints will depend on your particular project and business goals. Sometimes a project may require only one sprint – and sometimes a project may require 5 sprints.

Plus, you have to train them. Not to sound cocky, but there’s just no way that they can dive right in and create a pipeline and dashboard like the one we can create.

Plus, you’ll get much more than just a data analyst with us. You’ll get a full-stack data team who will build your custom dashboard in less than 3 weeks. And then take care of your entire pipeline for you, ensuring the data stays accurate. You’ll also get regular consulting on technology and data architecture.

All that for less than the cost of a junior analyst.

As with anything in life, you get what you pay for. Sure, you could hire a junior data analyst. Or marketing generalist who dabbles in a bit of everything. But they don’t have our specialized skills and won’t match what we can do.
