Welcome to the GA4 Audit Tool (“the Add-on”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Add-on provided by Systematik (“we”, “our”, or “us”) via Google Sheets.
By using the Add-on, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Add-on.
The GA4 Audit Tool is a Google Sheets add-on that helps users audit and monitor the configuration and data quality of their Google Analytics 4 (GA4) setup. It provides automated checks across various categories such as UTM parameters, data validity, ecommerce tracking, Google Ads integrations, key events, and more.
You agree to use the Add-on only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You must not use the Add-on to violate the rights of others or to transmit illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
You are responsible for ensuring your access to GA4 APIs and data complies with Google’s API Terms and your organization’s data governance policies.
The Add-on accesses data from your Google Analytics account and your Google Sheets only to perform the audits and display results. We do not collect, store, or share any of your data externally.

All content, features, and functionality included in the Add-on are the intellectual property of Systematik or its licensors. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or repurpose any part of the Add-on without prior written permission.
We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to the Add-on but do not guarantee that it will be available at all times. The Add-on is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
If you encounter issues, please visit our Support page for help.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms or the functionality of the Add-on at any time. Continued use after such modifications constitutes your agreement to the changes.
You may stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access if you violate these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Add-on, including but not limited to loss of data or analytics misinterpretation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
